2 types of yell or chat.

What will this 2Chat option do?
It will have chat that it will do [Trade]Playername:Message.
This will allow players to trade without having to donate for yell, yes you might disagree but let the players decide ;).

I voted for two main reasons
help the server and
::yell.
If you made this extra the server may not get many more donations. sorry for those who would like this extra feature and strongly disagree with my opinion but i think the server may well not get enough money. If you want to be able to yell just simply donate ?5 and you get ::yell and much more donators features...
