Our letter of complaint to the VPS company.

 Felt you should all know what the letter entails:


I am writing this letter to complain about your awful services. I used to think you were a reasonably good vps company,and i even bought an extra gb of ram. Perhaps that is where i went wrong? After asking for a refund,you closed my vps. You made me change vps,VERY slowly,and this took hours of my VALUABLE time. Aswell as that,you have frequently turned OFF my server. I do not understand why you would do this? I own an 'Rsps' Which is a 'ihavenolife. private server'. Many people play this,and thus when the vps goes down so does my game. I have lost a lot of money due to this,Players who promised to donate no longer did. Also,my game now has a bad reputation,we can no longer promise that we are 24/7 because your company kept on deciding to turn our vps off.

Your live chat is disgusting. Most the people there do not understand how to talk basic english.This means it takes a long time to get a simple conversation going,and then they end up leaving the conversation for hours anyway.

So,what i am asking for:

My Files from the ip: 67.228.93.133

A full refund for the RAM i purchased from the ip :174.36.145.153

After that i have NO intention what-so-ever of purchasing from you again. You have poor customer service,and you are extremely bad at keeping a vps online.
